What is the cycle life of your batteries?
Our LiFePO4 batteries use Grade-A cells. Residential ESS products have a cycle life of ≥6000 cycles (25°C, 80% DOD), and commercial ESS products have a cycle life of ≥8000 cycles. Under normal use, residential systems last over 10 years, and commercial systems last over 15 years.
How does a residential ESS work with solar PV?
The residential ESS works with a PV inverter. During the day, solar power is used first for household consumption, and excess power is stored in the battery. At night or on cloudy days, the battery discharges to power the home. This maximizes solar utilization and significantly reduces electricity bills.
What safety protections does the ESS have?
Our ESS features multi-layer safety protection: cell-level BMS protection (overcharge/overdischarge/overtemperature/short-circuit), system-level protection (insulation monitoring, arc detection), and physical protection (IP55 waterproof and dustproof, V0 flame retardant materials). Commercial cabinets also include gas fire suppression systems.
What is the warranty period?
Residential ESS: 10 years or 6000 cycles (whichever comes first). Commercial ESS: 5 years or 8000 cycles. During the warranty period, failures due to product quality issues will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
How can I monitor the ESS running status?
We offer multiple monitoring options: 1) LCD touch screen (built-in) for on-site data viewing; 2) Mobile APP for iOS and Android for remote monitoring and control; 3) Cloud management platform (commercial products) for data analysis, fault alerts, and remote O&M.
Which inverter brands are compatible?
Our batteries are compatible with major inverter brands including Victron, SMA, Growatt, Sofar Solar, Deye, and Solis. Using standard CAN/RS485 communication protocols, they seamlessly integrate with most inverter brands.
